Laura has been practicing Bikram Method Yoga since 1996. She completed Bikram's Teacher Training in 2001. In her spare time, Laura enjoys working on the never-ending project of her 100 year old home, sewing for her craft business Bonitas and spending time with her family.

Nina Granatir Nina Granatir

Nina has been passionate about her yoga practice for over 12 years. This passion deepened when she discovered Bikram Yoga in 2000. The physical, and emotional benefits were so numerous that she began incorporating her yoga practice into her daily life. In 2005, Nina went to teacher training in Los Angeles to become a certified Bikram yoga teacher. Nina loves to look for life’s metaphors that can be found in the ancient practice of yoga. “What you give is what you get. If you give 110 percent of your effort in a posture, you will get that many more benefits. Same is true for life”. Nina’s other passions include, music, family/friends, being outdoors, and her cat named Witty.

Saiko Flack Saiko Flack
Saiko finished Bikram's teacher training in the winter of 2004. While continuing Bikram Yoga practice daily, her other passions include motorcycle racing, driving cars, and traveling around the world. Saiko also writes articles in several Japanese magazines and websites.

Lene Hansen Lene Hansen
Lene graduated from the Bikram Yoga College of India in L.A. in the fall of 2001. She has been practicing this style of yoga since 1998. Lene also enjoys playing soccer, cross country skiing, and hiking in the Cascade and Olympic mountains.

Suzanne Suzanne Babin

Suzanne Babin has been practicing Bikram yoga since 2004 and completed the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Hawaii in Spring 2007. Suzanne admits being amazed by the wonderful benefits of Bikram yoga which she has personally experienced as well as observed within others. Suzanne strongly believes that a dedicated practice can positively change anyone. This belief lead her to commit to becoming a Bikram instructor in hopes of sharing the potential that Bikram yoga withholds. In addition to instructing, Suzanne spends much of her time as a graduate student at Seattle Pacific University studying Marriage and Family Therapy. Suzanne will graduate from this program in 2010 and ideally hopes to someday incorporate her therapy work with yoga. Suzanne is also passionate for music, the outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Frankie Grausam Frankie Grausam

Frankie graduated from Bikram's Yoga College of India in L.A. in fall 2000, and has been has been teaching since November 2000. Bikram Method yoga has improved her life both physically and mentally. Frankie's other enjoyments include playing with her son, playing music with her friends, relaxing with her awesome dog, or reading a good book.

Frani Assaf Frani Assaf
Frani has been a devout practitioner of Bikram method hatha yoga since 2000. She graduated from Bikram's teacher training in the spring of 2003 and has been teaching the Bikram method ever since. Frani also works as a social researcher for The University of Washington. Bicycling, playing with her dogs and doing anything in the great outdoors are some of Frani's other passions.

Kristen Hanks Kristen Hanks
Kristen has been practicing Bikram yoga since 2000. Her desire to share the benefits with others led her to obtain her teacher's certification from Bikram's Yoga College of India in Los Angeles in 2005. When she's not at The SweatBox, Kristen also works at a veterinary hospital, putting to use her love of critters big and small. She also loves music, Ethiopian food and sitting in a sun patch.

Meghan Curtis Meghan Lewis
Meghan began practicing Bikram Yoga in 1997. After 5 years of dedicated practice, she decided to deepen her experience of this yoga by attending teacher training. The healing benefits of Bikram Yoga were so immense and the changes she experienced within herself were so profound that she was compelled to share this practice with others. After 10 years of practice, Meghan is continually amazed that the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical benefits keep coming from these 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises! She completed teacher training in the Fall of 2002, and has been teaching ever since. For many years, Meghan has also taught children with autism. She and her husband enjo traveling near and far, adoring their kitties, and loving life.
